Shipboard diaries of Harry Woolley, 1850-1865 [microform]. 1850-1865.

Two shipboard diaries. The first is a record of a voyage from London to Sydney, made by H. Woolley and his wife Emma on board the Roman Emperor, 1850 Sept. 27-1851 Jan. 6. The second documents the return voyage to England on board the Isabella, 1865 May 21-1865 Aug. 31. The diaries include manuscript maps of the voyage, the east coast of Australia, New Zealand and the English Channel as well as ink and pencil drawings.
